Refund Policy

We understand plans can change and we want to work with you to procure your event. Grand Luxe Hall will require an initial payment appropriate to event size and venue value which is equal to (50% half of the event total price) which includes any 3rd party vendor fees. Any cancelations for the scheduled event will forfeit any or all refunds. Cancelations from the booking date or prior and/or up to the day of the event, a cancelation fee may apply. We understand cancelations will occur however please take advantage of our skilled staff and if possible, rearrange or reschedule the event with us. We would be happy to apply your balance toward the new event date. Rates and fees for new date may be different due to availability, time, and demand seasons. Please consult with our planning professionals for actual details.
